One thought of you, is enough to leave the rest of the world behind..
hey hey you you, i'm back from camp like 2 days ago. and decided to just blog today. past few days were restless days for me. so i didn't blog.
there's just something missing in this camp we had.. something is just missing..
my mum said i was tanned when i got home.. :( must be due to the drills.. one hilarous thing she told me to do was to put whitening face mask. i was like shock and lol-ing at the same time.
i'm going to type grandmama story for this post.
1st day - committee camp
did alot of drills in the morning. but it was cool.
mr wong taught us how to teach others drills.
after this camp, i guess the committee did know each other better :)
we clean the band room, sort things out.
then drills by seniors and ms ng. alot of pumping.
after that was dinner/wash up.
after all those was committee meeting. lalala.
everyone slept pretty late that night. haha. alot of excitment/whatever. lol!
2nd day - whole band
ate oatmeal for breakfast. and evan detest it. lol. its funny seeing her forcing to eat it.
drills after the whole band falled in. drills = alot of pumping.
yeahh my knees and hands were started to hurt that day. first day wasn't that bad.
we had the 8 stations games.
the sun was freaking hot when the games was going on. i feel like boxing the sun to pluto. seriously. :/
then we had a drills thingy. the whole band were split into groups and each grp will have at committee members.
hahaha! me, evan and yvonne was having a hard time pronoucing pan-dang-ke-ha-da-pan, pan dang. then after giving kekanan lurus, we will be stuck. hahah!
night was mainband followed by night games. had the treasure hunt game.
something weird/spooky happened when i was walking with firdaus. lets not elaborate k?
games ended. lights out for the whole band, committee bathing time. hah.
3rd day
drills and more drills. lol. seniors took us for drills during the afternoon.
at first we did drills and pumpings under the bombastic hot sun.
but hansley ask firdaus to let us in to shade. thanks for that. o.o
then firdaus started to imitate whatever celestine command to the juniors. and we started to see who shouted the loudest. hah.
when we did marches, instead of saying 'left left left right left', we were singing twinkle twinkle, ABC, and baabaa black sheep. it was super cartoon, but fun. ^^
night, mainband and night game.
it was mystery games. me and evan stayed at the prefect room. waiting for people to come. it was stuffy but alright..
4th day
we get to wake up later as it was the last day.
i didnt bath for like 1 and a half day. i stink, i swear. lol. evan, i and pam were too tired to drag ourself out of the platform. hah!
during sectionals. ahhhh. i didn't even practice my NDP repetoire and i was there counting and teaching my dear juniors. idk, but is it my teaching method wrong, cos they ain't understanding what i say, i assume from their lost face :/
de-brief and then break camp.
then committee went for BK.
suppose to have a lecture section. hahaha. but everyone was too tired so we changed the day.
i think the only fun thing in this camp is the drills.
after the camp, idk why but i starting to like drills. LOL. :)
anyway, got this from yvonne's blog.
anyone interested, contact yvonne. tell her by Tuesday, 26 june!
